Weigh-in day today for me. Lost 2 lbs and reached my 10% loss weight goal. ThumpUp I was presented with a keyring and little certificate. Oooh I did feel important! Blushing
The key-ring is for the gold key they give you when you reach your goal weight. I daren't think about my goal weight as it is just tooo much. Scared
So I made a new goal weight of 1 stone less. In class today, we were given a box of beads and some elastic and told we could have a bead for each half pound we had lost. I got 51 beads and it is nearly a necklaceSmile

Aren't we all doing well?

Ann

Well done, Caroline. I can't manage to get on the scales today - RA a bit of a nuisance - but I'll get weighed as soon as I am able.

Well done Blue Star (sorry, don't know your name). Some weeks you don't lose at all (even if you have stuck at it) and then you have a good loss the following week. So hope you are not downhearted. Keep on keeping on and you will do it.Smile

Warmest wishes, Ann

Hello you losers ThumpUp

Weigh-in day for me today. I lost 3 lbs - well 2 really 'cos I put on a pound last week Sad So I am 1 lb off losing 2 stones now and really working at it. The only exercise I have is a gentle walk with Trudy the dog. I daren't do any more than that. Heaven knows what will happen when I have my foot op and I can't walk for 3 monthsScared

I'm continually amazed how the body reacts. Last week when I put on 1 lb, I had been out for 3 meals and yet I point-counted every morsel that went in my mouth. I wonder whether it is the 'type' of food you eat because I did choose chips once, pork another time and fish another time. This week I only went out for 1 meal which was roast chicken (I left the skin) and a spoonful of trifle afterwards. BUT I have drunk a lot of water this week. The downside is that you end up having to get out of bed two or three times in the night !!

So the plan this week is to lose at least l lb so that I can get over that milestone of 2 stones. I have NEVER done as well as this before! I feel so much better and I can fit into my clothes very comfortably now. I have even got into clothes that I haven't worn for a year or two!

Well done to EVERYONE. We all know just how hard it is for us and everyone should be very proud of themselves.

Keep on losing !

Ann
